Nursery Manager
Kerri Savage

Hello, and welcome to Hemsley House Nursery School

I'm Kerri, the nursery manager for our two locations. With a decade of experience in diverse settings, from purpose-built nurseries to home-like environments, I'm passionate about nurturing each child's learning and development. It’s a joy to help them become confident learners as they embark on their educational journey. I truly believe in creating a supportive space for every child to thrive and grow.

You’ll find us at two locations in Maidstone on Tonbridge Road and Terrace Road, only a 10-minute walk apart. These two converted Victorian houses have a warm and inviting home-from-home feel and their large gardens enable children to experience the joy of outdoor play. Every day at Hemsley House we encourage children to be independent and imaginative in our wonderful learning environments. In doing so, they soon develop a real love of learning and a curious mind. Our experienced team come with a wealth of early years learning insight. We know that every child is different with their own story to tell, so we make sure that your child learns in a way and at a pace that’s right for them.

We’d love you to visit us so please do get in touch and we’ll look forward to meeting you and your family.

Making a difference

Our Community

At Hemsley House, we’re passionate about giving every child the best possible start in life. That’s why we’re proud to be supporting Bliss, a charity dedicated to caring for premature and unwell babies, and supporting the families by their side. Their work makes a huge difference during some of the most challenging and emotional times for parents and newborns alike.

Throughout the year, we’ll be getting together for lots of fundraising activities, from bake sales and dress-up days, to sponsored challenges. Together we can make a difference to such an important cause and inspire our children to grow with kindness and generosity. We can’t wait to see what we can achieve as a community! Keep an eye out for updates on our events and how you can get involved in supporting Bliss.
